In the processes of quitting smoking, I used or tried every tool available — nicotine patch and gum, homeopathies, herbs, hypnosis cds, and a great book (The Easy Way to Stop Smoking). Eventually, I found that the book along with hypnosis cds and these tablets did the trick. While I’m pretty sensitive, I still found it truly remarkable that these little pills could work so well and so fast. In fact, when my boyfriend started smoking again recently, I started using them again to relieve stress. They look like aspirin but have a gentle sweet taste and dissolve in the mouth in about 30 seconds. I highly recommend this product.

They call it several different names like Indian Tobacco…,
I went from Lights, to .1mg ULTRA ULTRA Lights, and quit.
These pills gave me a “BAD” withdrawal craving!!!
I feel that these are similar to the patch…, and are for someone trying to kick a full blown habit cold-turkey!
You might try starting out with 1/2 pill…, and taper down?
